UD Barokah is the small factory that produce many leather product in exemple wallet, jacket, shoes,
belt, bag and hat but the main product is man leather shoes. By operating capacity additional in the decesion
that made by choose the best alternative that can see from the biggest Net Present Value (profit). The
additional capacity in 2010 until 2012 has been analysed and the additional work shift can produce the
highest profit 152.037.934 (in year 2010), Rp 131.052.828 (in year 2011) dan Rp 112.083.410 (in year 2012)
